Whiteboard of the Day
Today we have an AMRAP made up of running, handstand walks, and box jump-overs.
Everyone should shoot for 4-6 rounds with the 200-meter runs in under 1:15, the handstand walks in less than 1:00 with no more than 3 attempts, and the box jump-overs in less than :45 every round.
We’ll use warm-up time to find appropriate scaling options to ensure you meet this stimulus.
After the workout, you’ll all go out on a 200-meter double-kettlebell overhead carry together as a group before stretching!
