Today, we have a workout with a one-to-one work-to-rest ratio, so plan to sprint on all 4 rounds and maximize your calories on the row.
Complete the box jumps and push-ups each in :30 or less every round to ensure at least 1:00 of rowing for calories. We’ll find appropriate scaling options in the warm-up to ensure you meet this stimulus.
Note that with the built-in rest after every round, there’s no need to pace this one. Hit each row as fast as you can and try to maintain or increase calorie count as you go.
