Whiteboard of the Day
Today’s workout is designed to push you to maintain higher speeds on the rower. Your score will be your slowest interval
Each row should take 2 minutes or less, leaving 2 minutes or more of rest.
If you cannot finish in under 2 minutes for the first 3 rounds, reduce the volume.
Try to push hard from the start relative to how you’re feeling. If that’s a full sprint, start strong and hang on.
If you’re not feeling up for pushing intensity, opt for a sustainable pace to start and try to build in speed throughout the workout.
Post metcon, we'll attack the abs with two tabatas.
