Today’s workout is intended to feel like skill work at a higher heart rate.
Advanced athletes should aim for 8 or more rounds while also working on hitting large sets rather than strategically breaking up reps.
For those of you who have these skills but lack proficiency, plan to move slower and make this feel more like practice than a workout.
If needed, reduce volume to finish the first round in 2:00-2:30 so you’re able to complete 4 total rounds.
If you can’t maintain full range of motion for any of the movements, reduce volume or scale to pike push-ups, knees-to-chest, and single-leg squat variations to build a foundation of strength that supports future skill development.
