Today you’ll move through three rounds of running, knees-to-elbows, and dumbbell hang squat cleans.
Shoot to finish the runs in 2:15 or faster, the knees-to-elbows in 3 sets or less, and the dumbbell squat cleans in 2 sets or less every round.
Scale distance, reps, load, and/or movement complexity as needed; we’ll find these scaling options during the warm-up.
Challenge yourself to push the run today and move through the movements with quick transitions and short rest breaks.
We’ll wrap class with dumbbell renegade rows so stick around!
