Break the swings up as needed after starting every round with at least 10 reps each. Reduce the load as needed to maintain this stimulus.
The carries will quickly become challenging; trade off as needed.
Keep the carries to under 2:15 minutes total, shuffling or jogging with the kettlebell if you're able.
Unless performing an indoor route, jog during the carries and switch off as needed.
