Today, we hit Fran, one of the original and most iconic CrossFit benchmark workouts.
The fastest time is sub 2:00; push to complete this workout between 3:00-7:00. Shoot to go unbroken or hit the biggest sets you can.
Choose a thruster load that allows for at least 7-10 reps every time you pick up the bar. Choose a pull-up variation that allows for at least 5-7 reps every time you jump up on the bar.
We’ll spend a lot of time today prepping mobility, full range of motion, and mechanics of these two movements so you can hit this one hard and FAST.
