Today’s workout is short, intense, and grippy.
Choose a relatively light barbell load that allows you to hang on for unbroken reps in the first round and for no more than one break a round from there.
The chest-to-bar pull-ups will feel challenging because of the hang power snatches; choose a variation that allows you to complete each round in no more than 2 sets.
This workout is supposed to be fast, so choose options that minimize rest breaks.
We’ll spend time building up to a heavy snatch complex before the workout. This loading should be heavier than the workout and it should help you decide on what weight to use for the workout.
