Today we have a fun, fast AMRAP couplet of burpees to a target and single-leg squats.

Perform the burpees at a steady pace in under 1:00 each round.

Plan to finish the single-leg squats in under :30 each round. If scaling to meet this stimulus, perform a challenging but appropriate scaling option. We’ll review these options in the warm-up.
