Friday Night Lights (FNL) is the most fun you will have working out all year, there are levels of workouts for everyone and everyone always agrees it is FUN!

This interval-style triplet is designed to encourage fast burpees to maximize time for total toes-to-bar reps.

The score for this workout is the total toes-to-bar reps completed across all 4 AMRAPs. Singles are permissible, but you should always have :30 or more to accumulate reps.

Scale double-under and burpee volume so you can finish with the jump rope by 1:15 and the burpees by about 2:20.

Perform double-unders if you can complete as few as 5 at a time; if you consistently fail attempts, modify double-unders to single-unders for today.

Scale toes-to-bars to knees-to-chest or knee raises as needed.

Push the burpees faster than you want to and get to the bar with a very high heart rate.

8 weighted pull-ups

75 double-unders
25 burpees
Max-rep toes-to-bars
– Rest 1:00 between AMRAPs.
