Today we have a fun back-and-forth partner workout with kettlebell swings, toes-to-bars, and handstand push-ups.
One partner should always be working while the other rests; perform small sets as needed with quick transitions.
All partner pairs should finish in under 21:00, with the first round in 6:00 or less.
Choose a moderate kettlebell load for the swings; it’s ok if you each use a different load.
Shoot to complete the handstand push-ups and toes-to-bars in sets of 5+ to start.
Have fun with this and keep moving with quick transitions between partners.
