Friday Night Lights (FNL) is the most fun you will have working out all year, there are levels of workouts for everyone and everyone always agrees it is FUN!

Today we have a longer descending ladder of deadlifts and hang power cleans with 800-meter runs for good measure.

This should take around 19:00-27:00 depending on run pace and your ability to hang onto the barbell.

Hold on through the deadlifts and hang power cleans for sets of 10 or more reps at a time, and plan to finish each 800-meter run in 5:00 or less. Scale load and/or distance as needed.

We’ll work on cycling hang power cleans and moving fast AND safely in today’s warm-up.
