Whiteboard Of the Day

Today brings a change of pace after yesterday’s long, steady-state triplet with rowing intervals that build and then decline in length.

Target roughly a 1k pace in the first three intervals, then try to reduce the pace by :05 each of the remaining intervals.

We’ll work to find a sustainable pace for the first three intervals; and then, shoot to push the pace and hold it for the last two.
