Today, we take a barbell break and hit a fun couplet of rowing and burpee pull-ups.

Shoot to complete this one under 15:00; advanced athletes aim to finish sub 11:00.

Complete the rowing in under 2:15 each round; scale distance as needed to do so.

Complete the burpee pull-ups in under 2:00 each round; scaling bar height first and then reps if needed.

Have fun with this one and remember, you can always hit one more burpee pull-up; drop straight from the bar and get your next one done.
