Workout Of the Day 

Going Forward we will be holding some socially distanced workouts indoors and some outdoors. which are held where will constantly change day to day so pay attention to the location stated in the app for the workout you sign up for.

Indoors:
Anyone indoors that is not actively working out or actively leading a workout will be required to wear a mask. That means if you leave your boxed off space to get more equipment or use the rest rooms you are required to wear a mask.

We will be using both gyms and each gym has 6 spaces for people to workout in. You will be allowed to take off your mask while inside your box. all movements will be performed facing away from others. In the side gym that means lifting will be preformed using squat stands on alternating with the person across from you. All pull up bar movements will be performed facing the walls facing away from others. fans will be left on at all times while people are indoors.

TUESDAY OUTDOOR WORKOUT WILL BE 4:30pm
