Today’s workout is in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael McGreevy, 30, of Portville, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
Today we tackle a longer Hero workout with simple movements that tax the lower body and core.
Each round should take between 8:00-10:00 to complete.
To accommodate for limited GHDs, PIRATE RULES, shift the order and/or have some athletes sub bodyweight or weighted good mornings.
