Please read the email we sent out Tuesday afternoon regarding our new practices. These new practices are in place so that we can stay open and provide you all with a safe place to leave the house and workout.

The gym is as clean as we the members are.

We understand that a few people may want to stay at home and we are here for you too! We will be providing body weight at home workouts on our blog every day for the next few weeks.

Slowly Count to 15 as you push up, hold the top of the push up for a count of 15, slowly lower for the count of 15, rest for a 15 slow count.
Scale: 10-10-10-10 or 5-5-5-5
