Whiteboard Of the Day

Today we have a fun time-priority triplet with short sets, quick breaks and smooth transitions.

Intermediate and advanced athletes target 8+ rounds. Beginners hold to 6 rounds.

Shoot for unbroken movement sets for as long as possible with rest as needed between movements. Scale each movement as needed to find this stimulus.

We’ll take time in the warm-ups to have some fun, review each movement, and find your movement variations and scaling.
