Fresh catch Mahi mahi
Marinade: Lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, cumin and parsley
Pre heat grill after marinade begins
Cut summer squash, zuchini squash + broccoli while grill heats up. Saute in olive oil with onions if desired. Medium heat, covered so it steams. Or put into tin foil and put on grill around 15 min. Turn it at 7.5 if on grill. If sautee/steaming, stir every 4 min
Toss mahi mahi on grill for 16 min @375-450
Take off and sautee will be ready! Add small salt and pepper as desired. Super easy
