As we enter a new week, let us remember consistency is the key to reaching out goals. Motivation comes and goes, but determination is a choice that we have to make every single day. Remember this month is our July push-up challenge, so don't forget to log your daily 25 push-ups every day in the "Be Better" track on the member app! Even with the busyness of summer, make sure getting in the gym is priority for your mental and physical health. Movement is power and has so many good benefits for you inside and out of the gym. Whiteboard of the Day
Today, we have a fun partner workout where you’ll trade off as needed to work through 3 rounds of shoulder-to-overheads, walking lunges, and double-unders.
Shoot to work together to get this one done in under 14 minutes with the shoulder-to-overheads in no more than 3 sets, continuous movement through the lunges, and the double-unders in less than 2 minutes each round.
We’ll spend time in the warm-up drilling the shoulder-to-overhead focusing on full range of motion and solid lock out overhead.
We’ll also take time to practice and/or fine-tune double-under technique before starting.
Make sure you clearly communicate and transition before any one person hits failure on a set through this workout. Have fun!
