As we reflect on the success of the 2024 FNL, we have SO much to look forward to throughout the year. There was so much camaraderie and support during the Open! Great job everyone!! Can't wait to see everyone continue to push themselves, support each other, and achieve their goals.

Whiteboard of the Day

Today’s workout is a triplet with ascending reps of squat snatches alongside rowing and hand-release push-ups.
Shoot to finish in under 12 minutes with the snatches in 30 seconds or less, the row in 1 minute or less, and the hand-release push-ups in 90 seconds or less each set.
Every snatch rep should be a full squat snatch; you can choose to cycle these in touch-and-go reps or as fast singles, but you should choose a load that you can move quickly.
We’ll spend plenty of time drilling the snatch before the workout. Use this warm-up to dial in your technique and practice sound mechanics before adding load.
Push the pace today on the rowing and hand-release push-ups and prioritize mechanics on the snatch sets.
