YOGA TONIGHT AT 6:30 PM- BE THERE! :)

Welcome to a new week! This is the third week of our September nutrition challenge, and this week we are focusing on GREEN, think kale, kiwis, grapes, zucchini, etc. Green fruits and vegetables contain many antioxidants. Leafy greens are especially important and contain many vitamins, minerals, and folic acid. Again, we are asking you all to get one serving of fruit and one serving of vegetable within the weekly color theme. Get creative and tag us in your green recipes!

We can't wait to see you all back in the gym this week. Remember, growth is not easy, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Show up each day ready to put in the work, and you will be amazed by the results!

Whiteboard of the Day

Today's workout is a fast-paced couplet of kettlebell swings and double-unders.

This combination will prove to be challenging on the grip for some and more of a cardiorespiratory challenge for others; it may also be both!

Complete both of these movements quickly, setting a goal is to transition as quickly as possible for as long as possible.

There will be a 15-minute time cap on this workout as an incentive to push the pace. Consider it a good test to see if you can finish the work in time.

Scale the load and/or volume to keep each round quick. Perform unbroken kettlebell swings and finish the double-unders in under 40 seconds.
