Whiteboard of the Day
Today you'll take on the classic Benchmark workout, Fran. We last completed this workout on November 18, 2023. Look back at your previous attempt to create a plan for today.
This workout is meant to be fast, so shoot to finish in under 7 minutes.
Choose a relatively light barbell load that allows you to complete each round's reps in 2 sets or less. At no point in this workout should you have to stop because the barbell is too heavy.
Choose a pull-up option that allows you to finish each round's reps in 4 sets or less.
Following the workout, we will spend a little bit of time doing some midline work and then some stretching.
