Welcome to another promising week at CrossFit ATP as each day holds potential for you to see growth inside and out of the gym. This week’s programming holds a great variety of challenges for each of us, benchmark WODs, lifting, cardio, and just some good ole fashioned CrossFit. With our community, we will tackle each day with grit and determination and celebrate each other’s victories along the way. Let’s get after it this week and crush our goals!

Whiteboard of the Day
Today’s workout should be a sprint. If needed, scale each movement to hit this as a sprint effort and complete all three rounds in under 10 minutes.
Complete the pull-ups in 3 sets or less and the overhead squats in 2 sets or less.
Choose a moderate to heavy overhead squat load. Remember, that the barbell will come from the floor, so choose a weight that you can snatch and then overhead squat.
Before starting the workout, we will spend time building up to a heavy 1-rep overhead squat from the floor to help find the right workout weight.
Following the workout, stick around and spend some time stretching before leaving the gym.
