Whiteboard of the Day
Today we have a fun partner workout and a new movement combination! Shoot for 8 or more rounds between the two of you, splitting the wall-ball shot and bar muscle-up reps into small, fast sets. Work on quick transitions between single reps of the wall + walk burpees. We’ll take time practicing this new movement in the warm-up today and on fine-tuning and/or maybe getting you your first bar muscle-ups.
