Progress Report On Bench Press

Athletes will lift once every 2-3 Minutes

Athletes will go all out for 20 seconds using the 10 second rest to slow their heart rate in the Tabatas.

Whiteboard Of the Day

Today, we retest the bench press from 1/11/23

The goal is to try and increase your 1 rep max bench press from 4 months ago.

Lifting for max weight requires a 2-3 minute rest when working over 85%

Tabata This! is a benchmark WOD.
It moves fast!
Try and breath through the movements, and make up you oxygen deficits during the recovery period.

WATCH & LISTEN TO THE CLOCK
Having to pay attention too the timer ads a mental element to this metcon that will become more difficult as fatigue increases.

Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
