Whiteboard of the Day
Today's workout is a 15-minute AMRAP that combines handstand push-ups and wall-ball shots to challenge your pressing stamina.
Choose options for both the handstand push-ups and wall-ball shots that allow you to go unbroken on both throughout most of the workout.
Use the run as a recovery effort, choosing a pace that allows you to get right into the next set of handstand push-ups and wall-ball shots. Only push the pace on the run if you can maintain unbroken sets of both.
Following the workout, we will clean up, record scores, and spend some time stretching.
