White Board Of the Day
Today’s workout is relatively fast and challenges you to hang on to the DBs.
The loading should be relatively light, forcing you to keep moving and limiting the amount of times that you stop and stare at the DBs.
Complete the shuttle run by running out 25 feet and then back 25 feet to the start. This will be 1 of your 10 x 50-ft shuttles.
The shuttle runs don’t have to be a sprint, but you should be able to keep moving and finish in 1:30 or less.
The post-workout skill work will aim to build stability and strength in the upper body.

Perform 10 x 50-ft shuttle runs after each set.
Strength Of the Day
3 sets:
20 seated alternating DB shoulder presses
*z-press style stance
*Use two DBs and alternate presses until you have completed 10 per arm.
*Add load as long as the 20 reps are unbroken.
