This partner workout is about using a heavier KB and splitting the work as needed.
Complete the runs as a team. The slower of the two should work hard to push the pace and feel challenged during the runs.
Break the swings up as needed, but start each round with 10 reps. Reduce the load as needed to maintain this stimulus.
The carries will quickly become challenging; trade off as needed.
Keep the carries to under 4:00 total, shuffling or jogging with the KB if you’re able.
Partners should jog with each other during the carries and switch off as needed. DO NOT have one person complete a short route while the other rests.
