This Weekend will be a shit show all over town...
As part of several business networks in Charlotte, CrossFit ATP is hearing what dozens and dozens of local business owners are saying. Some will be opening hoping to make rent, others will not be because they don't feel prepared. The fact remains no business owner is blind to what is happening right now, and no business owner really knows what will come next. Fortunately CrossFit ATP is in a unique situation; I have worked in laboratory environments requiring aseptic (sterile) technique. This translates to me understanding what is needed to provide a safer environment for you when you return.
I will lay out the facts of CrossFit ATP's stance on reopening to all of you as I continue to operated transparently. When Phase 2 begins and gyms are allowed to reopen CrossFit ATP WILL reopen. We now have a two year supply of disinfectant, soap and hand sanitizer. We will be limiting class size, so use of the zen planner app will be required to sign up before arriving. Coaches will be going "bandit style" wearing bandanas, and the gym will be turned into a wind tunnel with fans. This means the front doors will always be open so lobby dogs will have to be put on a mandatory temporary hold.
WE WILL continue having fun! WE WILL continue getting people amazing results, and WE WILL continue to "live, love, & lift".
