For today’s two-set partner workout, we want to aim for a consistent moderate-high intensity across all stations.
Ski: Calories are split between partners.
Box Jumps: Pacing should be smooth and steady while being cautious of the higher box. Athletes should try to complete 3-5 reps before switching.
Power Cleans: The weight should be around 65%+ of the athlete’s one rep max.
