Come find any coach at the gym, and we'd be more than happy to help you figure it out. Having tangible goals helps you find that motivation to stick with it, even when it gets hard or inconvenient. Today's workout is a longer, endurance-based effort.
Shoot to complete the row and run each in 5 minutes or less each round. No individual round should take more than 10 minutes.
Move smoothly and efficiently, catching your breath on the rower before pushing the pace on the run.
Following the workout, stick around for some stretching before you leave the gym.
