Whiteboard of the Day
Today's workout is an abbreviated version of Open 20.1 where you'll complete 5 rounds rather than 10. Push yourself to move at a faster pace.
You get to choose whether to perform snatches or clean and jerks for the ground-to-overheads. Choose a load that allows you to complete most rounds unbroken.
Come out fast relative to your fitness for those first 2 rounds, then try to pace your way through the next two and finish the final round with everything you've got left!
We'll practice the snatch before the workout. Use this time to work on technique at light-to-moderate loads. Build in load as long as your technique remains sound.
