On the row, you should aim for a moderate-aggressive with goal to finish around 60 seconds or less.
For toes-to-bar, the goal should be to complete majority of the sets unbroken (2 sets Max). Break sooner into 2 sets if grip/core starts to fatigue early on.
The weight for snatches should be moderate (65%), and athletes could hit 5+ touch-and-go reps without breaking down in the form. In this workout, athletes can aim for fast singles or touch-and-go sets.
