As we kick off a new week of workouts at CrossFit ATP, it's the perfect time to focus on building strength and pushing through challenges, both physically and mentally. Consistency is key—staying committed to your training now will pay off, especially as we approach Thanksgiving and the busy holiday season. Whiteboard of the Day
Athletes are back squatting at 90-95% at 2x2. Athletes can build up or stay the same across sets within the percentages.
We don’t have to go unbroken, but the movements shouldn’t have you breaking frequently. The intensity should be up on this one and keep you moving from movement to movement with purpose.
Double Unders: 1-3 sets is the goal across all rounds.
Shoulder to Overhead: The weight selected should allow athletes to perform unbroken sets of 15. Two sets is acceptable into the 4th and 5th round if needed to sustain pacing.
