We are celebrating Member Appreciation all week long with something special for you each day. And as a special thank you, you can bring as many friends as they want to a class for free all week! We can't wait to see you all there and show our gratitude for your continued support. Let's smash this week! On the second to last day of member appreciation week, be sure to pick up your KIND granola bar + O2 packet in the lobby. Also, plan to be at the Saturday 10 AM class this weekend to wrap up the week- lots of fun raffle prizes to be won! (must be present to win ;)

Whiteboard of the Day

Today, you'll tackle an ascending ladder of V-ups, strict presses, and a calorie bike or row.

Everyone should shoot to finish the round of 18. Advanced athletes should gun to finish the round of 24.

Scale as needed to maintain unbroken sets of V-ups and presses all the way through at least the round of 12.

During the warm-up, we'll focus on efficiency by practicing initiating each V-up with the arms before their legs for efficiency and using a clear bar path through each press.

Have fun today and hit this one hard, then stick around for some recovery before calling it a day!
