Today, you’ll hit a high-intensity, fast couplet that’s a fun spin on Diane.
Shoot to perform 10 or more unbroken deadlifts and 5 or more handstand push-ups at a time; choose a deadlift load and handstand push-up variation that allow for this.
Today’s take on Diane tests stamina. Go for sets that allow you to keep moving through all 45 reps of deadlifts and then all 45 reps of handstand push-ups with only short rest breaks, never hitting failure.
We’ll take some time before the workout to work on handstand push-up skills and build to a heavier deadlift.
