Workouts for EVERY LEVEL at Friday Night Lights, and it is okay if you can't make all the events!
Whiteboard of the Day
Today we have a fun partner workout complete with thrusters, running, and the need for clear communication.
Go for at least 4 rounds, breaking up the thrusters between partners and running together as a team.
Complete sets of 3 or more thrusters at a time. Scale load as needed to make this happen. Shoot for smart, strategic sets and quick transitions.
Each run should take 2:30 or less; encourage each other and get right back on the bar.
Before the workout, we’ll spend time building to a heavy set of 2 front squats.

20 thrusters (95/135 lb)
400-m run
– Run together; split thrusters as needed.

– Build to a heavy set of 2 reps.
