Shoot to complete this grunt-work style workout in 12 minutes or less.
Select your burpee volume by considering a number that is about 10 times the volume it would take you 60 seconds to perform. We’ll find your volume in the warm-up.
We’ll spend time in the warm-up working on burpee efficiency to prep for a solid workout.
