Whiteboard Of the Day

Today’s triplet utilizes lighter loads to balance out yesterday’s heavy lifting.

The power cleans should be light enough to complete in 2 sets or less with good technique. Reduce load as needed to move both well and fast.

The walking lunges may start out seemingly easy. Get these done in under 1:00, scaling as needed to do so.

You’ll spend most of your time on the walks; make sure you have a challenging scaling option.

Athletes who can make meaningful attempts (3-5 ft at a time) can practice handstand walks as long as they don’t take longer than 2:00.

Shoulder taps, whether from a plank or handstand, can be used as scaling options, but should be difficult enough to take longer than 1:00 to complete 20 reps.

Strength Of the Day

3 rounds for time:
20 Power cleans (55/75 lb)
30 walking lunges
40-ft HSW or 20 Shoulder Taps
