Whiteboard of the Day
This bodyweight workout is a full-body combination that might be a sustained sprint for some, while offering others an opportunity to challenge themselves to get inverted.
Shoot to get 4-7 rounds with fast, unbroken rounds of lunges and sit-ups. Complete the lunges in under 1 minute and the sit-ups in under 1:15.
If needed, adjust the difficulty and volume of the lunges and sit-ups to move at a fast pace.
The wall walks should be challenging, but should not exceed 30 from from the start of the first rep to the end of the second.
If you have trouble with multiple wall walks, stick to just 1 good and fast rep. Otherwise, reduce range of motion as needed to keep moving.
