If you were asked to perform 10,000ft*lbs of work with a barbell how would you choose to do it?

Example: If you dead lifted 100lbs two feet, you would have performed 200ft*lbs of work, if you clean and jerked 100lbs 8ft you would have performed 800ft*lbs of work...
