Today’s workout is a twist on a classic CrossFit benchmark Nancy where the overhead squat reps start low at heavier loads and increase as the loads get lighter.
Push the pace on the runs to allow you more time with the barbell; finish every run in 2:15 or less.
The first set of overhead squats is meant to be heavy, however, you should still go unbroken once overhead. Attempt to go unbroken for all remaining sets, but it’s ok if you break the rounds into 2 sets.
Challenge yourself with the loading today, but stick with something you can still snatch to get overhead.
After the workout, plan to stick around for some stretching and mobility.
