Today’s workout is a retest of a CrossFit Games Regional workout that was modified and last performed within CAP on March 11th, 2023.
The row should feel like a warm-up. Move at a steady pace, but reduce the distance to finish in under 9:00 if necessary.
Choose a single-leg squat variation that allows you to finish the reps in 4:00 or less. These can be challenging, but you should be able to perform at least 12-15+ reps in a minute.
Ensure you choose a hang power clean load that is heavy but allows 3-5+ reps before breaking.
