With built-in rest for partners, this should be a fast workout. Once one partner starts to fatigue, they should transition quickly to stay fresh and hit each round hard.
Each round in 6:00-8:00; row in 4:00 or less; handstand holds in 2:00 or less; hip extensions in 2:00 or less.

We have a fun partner workout today!
This is a long grind with built-in rest thanks to partner trade-offs. Move through the workout with fast transitions and clear communication.
Shoot to move quickly on the row and hip extensions, especially in the first and second rounds.
To keep your time quick, switch as soon as one partner drops off to rest. If you’re both able to sprint for 15 calories/reps at a time, perform larger sets to minimize transitions.
Break up the handstands as needed to preserve stamina. Your shoulders will be taxed; do not push to failure on the first round!
