Whiteboard of the Day
Today’s workout is a chance to work on maintaining ideal positions at maximal speeds!
Each partner will complete 4 rounds for a team total of 8. One partner completes a full round while the other rests, and then switch.
Each round should be an unbroken effort that takes less than 2:00 to complete. Reduce volume and/or range of motion as needed to complete the double-unders in under :50 and the sit-ups in under 1:00.
If you haven’t been on the GHD recently, we may practice getting set and initiating the movement in the warm-up, but will scale to AbMat sit-ups in the workout.
Those who have done GHD sit-ups as skill work recently may do partial or full range of motion reps in the workout, depending on your ability to do 10 good reps in the warm-up.
