This is a quick sprint workout!
Push to complete the hang power cleans fast and unbroken for as long as possible. Finish each rep with the dumbbell in a position of support that you can hold for several seconds.
If you’re unable to perform 12 unbroken reps, reduce the load to something that feels light enough to move quickly.
As long as you scale dumbbell load to allow for speed, you can complete the burpees as prescribed. Step over the dumbbell from the start if unable to perform 10 reps in 1:00 or less.
After the workout, we’ll spend time practicing handstand walks as a group. Work on the wall or a box if working on the floor is currently too challenging.
