Today we have a triplet that will test your grip strength and ability to push through heavy breathing with running only half the distance of yesterday’s effort.
Shoot to complete 5 or more rounds with toes-to-bars in 1-2 sets and unbroken kettlebell swings every round.
The runs should take no more than 1:15; scale distance as needed to get back to the pull-up bar and kettlebell with quick transitions.
We’ll work on toes-to-bar rhythm and kettlebell swing mechanics in the warm-up. This will also be where you’ll find scaling options to hit today’s stimulus.
