Workouts for EVERY LEVEL at Friday Night Lights, and it is okay if you can't make all the events!
Whiteboard of the Day
Today we hit a fun partner workout that offers an opportunity to grind it out with a friend and share in some suffering.
You can divide up the pull-ups and wall-ball shots however you and your partner would like, but you’ll go for the run together.
To go Rx’d, you both should be able to perform at least 5 unbroken pull-ups throughout the entire workout. If needed, scale to jumping pull-ups to keep intensity high; you might be surprised at how tough they are.
Each partner should be able to complete their set of 15 wall-ball shots unbroken, take a few deep breaths, and then get running.
The run should take no more than 2:15. Stay together and finish as a team.
Following the workout, we will clean up and spend some time stretching.

20 pull-ups
30 wall-ball shots (14/20 lb) (9/10 ft)
400-m run
– Divide pull-ups and wall-ball shots evenly, and run together.
