Today we have a descending ladder of three gymnastics movements.
Shoot to finish this one in under 15 minutes at a pace of 15 or more each of box jumps and sit-ups per minute and with sets of 4 or more ring dips at a time.
If you can make it through the first round in under 6 minutes, you’ll be in good shape to finish within this time domain.
Make sure you maintain full range of motion on all three movements throughout the entire workout; choose variations that allow for this.
